Hearthquarters is a small app for planning meals with your own household. This page explains what we do with your information in plain language, not legal wording dressed up to sound friendly.
Your meal plans, shopping lists, prep notes, and any photos you add belong to your household and stay there. Another household on Hearthquarters can't see your plans, your shopping list, or your kids' feeding history. Every table in our database is locked down so one household's data can't leak into another's, and we've tested that directly, in both directions.
We don't sell your data to anyone, and we never will. There's no advertising in this app and no third party buying access to what you cook or how you shop.
We use your email address for two things: confirming your account when you sign up, and sending a password reset link if you ask for one. If you invite someone to join your household, that invite is a link you share yourself, not an email we send on your behalf.
We use Supabase to store your data and Resend to deliver the emails described above. Both are standard infrastructure providers, not marketing partners, and neither one sees your meal plans or shopping lists beyond what it takes to run the app.
If you have questions about any of this, email us at hello@hearthquarters.com.
